Orders are shipped from our retail location in Miami, FL, Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., except when a Federal Holiday prevents pick up. Your order will be carefully picked, packed, and shipped so that your products arrive quickly and are undamaged.

Shipping will be determined after checkout and will be invoiced separately for LARGE and UNIQUE PIECES. Products that DO NOT qualify for the Free Shipping Promotion are carefully specified in the "Shipping Tab" as well as under the Product Description in the "Piece Specifications" Tab for given product.
Please provide contact information once the order is placed so the shipping invoice is emailed once generated. Kindly note that large/heavy pieces orders with unpaid invoices will be put on hold until invoice is fully paid.

We are not responsible for items that arrive damaged, delayed, or lost during shipping that is in excess of your insurance coverage. We highly suggest that you purchase additional coverage for high-value purchases.
Insurance Claims:
Insurance Claims MUST be processed by consignee (shipment receiver) through Assurant - Shipsurance or Insurance used during shipping process. The recipient is fully responsible for submitting claims in order to receive refund of funds in the scenario that items arrive damaged, delayed, or lost during shipping.
International Shipping for large items is not available at this moment.
When your order is packaged, you will be sent a Shipping Confirmation via text or email, depending on which option you choose. Your Shipping Confirmation Notification will include a Tracking Number for your order. By clicking on the Tracking Number, you will be taken to the website of the Shipping Carrier handling your delivery, you can see where your package is at any time, and when it is estimated to be delivered by the carrier you choose at Checkout.
Once the carrier picks up your package from our retail location in Miami, FL, it is out of our control, and we will rely on the same Tracking Number sent to you to tell us where your package is.
You can also find your Tracking Number by logging into your Store Account, going to your order history, and selecting the desired order . It will show your Tracking Number, which you can click on to see where your package is with the Shipping Carrier.
Delivery Confirmation
When your package is delivered, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation from us. If you haven't; check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still can't locate the Confirmation Email, kindly contact us with your order number, name and last name and we will update you on your order.
My item has been delivered to the incorrect mailbox or stolen delivery?
We are not responsible for misplaced/stolen items after delivery (for example, after delivery of the mailbox). We will ensure that the items are delivered to your address based on the information provided by the logistics company by the customer. Please contact USPS about any misplacement of your package. If the package is returned to sender, we will gladly assist you with the process, the customer will bear the new shipping cost to reship the package.
