My very first purchase: I love the actual piece of amethyst/citrine on a necklace. HOWEVER, the chain immediately broke (the hook to open the clasp) and so it was unusable and I had to get my own chain to be able to use it! I was hoping to buy more for friends but I STILL haven't heard back from Magic Crystals. I have left text messages (on chat), and I have left two voicemails on the contact us phone number. I have received no response!
