Return And Exchanges
For purchases made at our retail store in Miami, FL, please return to the store with the original receipt for any refund. Refunds for retail items will be issued as a store credit for use at the retail store only. There are no exceptions.
We will process a refund or reshipment if the tracking has not been updated for more than 15 business days (for orders within the US) and more than 60 days (for international orders).
If wrong address is provided at checkout, and package is returned to our facility with message "Return To Sender No Such Number", "Return To Sender insufficient Address", "Return To Sender No Matching COA", "Return To Sender No Mail Receptacle", "Return To Sender Vacant", we will GLADLY reship your order however, customer will be charged reshipment fee in a separate invoice. Customer will be contacted via email and informed if not contacted within 15 days, order will be partially refunded with a 20% restocking fee.
